Randy Kuzyk
President
Randy Kuzyk is by no means short of talent
and dedication. With over 23 years experience in the trades
of cabinetmaking, millwork and general contracting, Randy has
raised RBK Millwork from a small garage business to an established
and reputable company. His journeyman ticket and estimating
experience, as well as his keen sense of business have contributed
highly to his success in the growth of RBK.
Randy believes his company stands far above
the competition in the aspects of employee care and concentrating
on a family environment within the company. His open-door policy
has helped pave the way to his success. He maintains a close
relationship with his staff, and is "blessed and thankful
for the people that have become a family to me." He has
already achieved many of his goals within the company. Today
Randy hopes to bring RBK to a national level, providing retail
store and display fixtures to businesses across the whole of
Canada. He believes this is achievable by reinvesting in the
latest equipment technology, maintaining his standards in quality
millwork and by continuing to provide excellent customer service
to their existing and new clients

We have so many quailty staff members we can not possible
list them all. We invest in training and upgrading our employees'
educations, ensuring they are up-to-date with the most recent
equipment and trends in the industry. Our employees are encouraged
to obtain their certificates in apprenticeship cabinetmaking,
drafting, blueprint
reading and CNC operations. In turn, this education is utilized
to provide our clients with the most modern and skilled products
in today's market.
